The conference dinner is at 7pm on Wednesday evening at Maveli.
It is made possible thanks to the generous support of the Applied Probability Trust.

Please arrive between 6.30 and 7, ideally not all at once!

Drinks: Order one soft or alcoholic drink when you arrive. Tap water will be provided on the tables.
Any additional soft/alcoholic drinks should be purchased 'from the bar', and paid for individually.

Mildly marinated chicken fillet with South Indian spices, crispy fried.

Warm chick pea salad with fresh coconut shavings, mustard and curry leaves. (vegan)

Kerala Beef Roast
Pan roasted tender beef with spices and curry leaves.


Niligiri Mutton
Mild, diced lean mutton, cooked in chefs very own South Indian green curry paste.

Alleppey Fish
Medium fish curry with a smoky finish.

Kozhi Mappas
Mild chicken curry finished with creamed coconut and cashew nut.

Paneer and Spinach Curry
Extra dish only for vegetarians: Indian cottage cheese and spinach curry.


Potato and Peas Masala
Dry style. (vegan)

Cabbage and Carrot Thoran
Crunchy shredded cabbage and carrot stir fry with fresh coconut shavings. (vegan)

Malabar Parota
South Indian flaky flat bread. (vegan)

Pulao Rice
Seasoned rice. (vegan)


Desserts, teas and coffees
Available from the menu on request, and covered by the conference.
It would be impressive to make it on to dessert.
